A practical manufacturing business
GT Laser developed from a practical interest in engineering, manufacturing and the challenge of making customised products efficiently and repeatably.
What began with laser engraving and cutting has expanded into a broader capability combining CO₂ laser processing, MOPA fibre marking, UV printing, variable-data production and custom product development.
Customer requirements have moved well beyond simple engraving: industrial identification, asset and equipment tags, workplace signage, hospitality QR and NFC products, serialised components, multi-site requirements and repeat batches.
For our small specialist team, the approach is practical: start with the application, understand the material, artwork, data and fixing requirements, then select a suitable production route.
We do not treat every enquiry as a standard catalogue product. Drawings, artwork, physical samples, material specifications, installation details and repeat-production needs can all affect the right solution.
The aim is to identify issues before production and establish a process that can be repeated.
A project may begin with a representative sample, a prototype or a short run. Once the product and production information are agreed, that same controlled specification can support repeat batches and revised variable data.
We also work with coordinated multi-site requirements, where quantities, identifiers, artwork revisions and delivery groups need to remain clear.
Our work supports engineering and manufacturing, industrial asset management, hospitality, facilities and workplaces, retail, product development and corporate purchasing.
The common thread is a practical requirement: a component, sign or identification product that needs the right material, information and manufacturing process.
Geometry, material, data and installation are considered alongside the artwork.
CO₂ processing, fibre marking and UV printing can be combined where the product requires it.
Individual items can carry different information within an agreed product and production layout.
Approved drawings, artwork and structured data support controlled repeat production.
Proofs, samples and technical clarification are used where they add value.
