Customer problem

Start with the operational requirement.

Customer-facing products need a consistent appearance while accommodating individual QR codes, URLs, numbering, branding or location data across a batch. The challenge is often keeping the data, quantity, site schedule and finished format aligned.

GT Laser solution

A considered route from brief to finished product.

GT Laser combines laser processing, UV printing and controlled production to produce business-facing display and identification products from approved artwork and organised variable data. This can include site-specific schedules, selected or non-contiguous numbering, duplicate copies, agreed fixing choices and staged fulfilment.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. GT Laser can work from a controlled venue schedule containing site-specific quantities, identifiers, number ranges, URLs and delivery groups.

Yes. Different venues, tables or locations can use unique approved URLs while retaining a common product design. Supply the relationship between every item, location and destination in structured data.

Yes. An approved schedule can specify selected numbers, separate ranges, duplicates, blanks or identifiers such as A/B or L/R. The total quantity and number of unique records should be explicit.

For suitable products, yes. The destinations, programming requirements, chip position and whether NFC should be locked must be agreed before final production. A locked chip may become read-only.

Staged production, central delivery or location-based grouping can be discussed for the project. The required dates, quantities, labels and delivery structure should be confirmed before production.

There is no universal size. The code area, text, viewing distance, available table space, material, contrast and fixing all affect the result. QR-only content may fit a smaller format than QR plus instructions.
